Customized Products

  • Customers must notify us of any issue within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear images/videos as proof.


Condition of Return

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the proof of purchase to qualify for a refund.

 

Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized jerseys, discounted products, and clearance sale items are not eligible for refunds.

 

Processing of Refunds

  • Once your request is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 2-3 business days.
